OFFICIAL RULES – FAUSTO MAGAZINE SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. PRIZE(S)
Grand Prize: One HUNT 54_58 Aerodynamicist Carbon Disc wheelset (2 wheels). Does not include brake rotors or tires. Approximate Retail Value: $1,500 (U.S.); Total ARV of all prizes: $1,500 (U.S.)
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. Sweepstakes will be fulfilled and shipped by HUNT WHEELS.
2. ELIGIBILITY
This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Delaware and Florida) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Fausto magazine, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Delaware, Florida, Quebec (Canada), and where prohibited by law.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on NOVEMBER 21, 2025 and ends on DECEMBER 31, 2025.
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, visit the sweepstakes page during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the online entry form with all required information, including your full name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified.
Alternate Method of Entry: To enter by mail, hand-print your name, complete address, phone number, and email address on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it to: Fausto magazine Sweepstakes, 505 Carmel Ave, Albany, CA 94706. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by DECEMBER 31, 2025 and received by JANUARY 4, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope.
4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing on or around JANUARY 5, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
Winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. Winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification attempt or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as “undeliverable,” the potential winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize.
By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and biographical information by Sponsor for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries; technical, hardware, or software failures; lost or unavailable network connections; or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed electronic communications.
6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize.
7. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW
Except where prohibited, by entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforce-ability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
